摘  要:2014年11月21日至22日,全国首届"无障碍技术支持的学习研究国际论坛"在陕西师范大学召开,主题为"信息化背景下特殊需要人群的学习支持"。本次国际论坛从特殊教育中无障碍技术(Assistive Technology)的现状和发展趋势、特殊教育中无障碍技术支持学习的设计理论、信息技术在特殊教育中设计开发与应用、天才和怪才特殊需要人群的无障碍技术、信息技术在特殊教育学校的应用实践等五个方面进行了深入探讨,以期加强特殊教育和教育技术研究的交流合作、协同创新,提升特殊需要人群的学习能力和学习质量,促进中国特殊教育的快速发展。On November 21st to 22nd, 2014, the first International Forum on Assistive Technology for Learning was held in Shaanxi Normal University, Xi' an, China. The theme of the conference was ICT Facilitated Learning for People with Special Needs. Five major research issues were addressed at the forum on present situation and development trend of assistive technology in special education, the theories of designing assistive technology for learning, the development and implement of ICT in special education, the assistive technology for special needs education of talents and savants, the practical application of ICT in special education schools. The forum aimed to strengthen the collaboration and communication of innovation in special needs education and education technology research, as well as to improve the learning ability and learning outcomes of people with special needs, so as to promote the rapid development of special needs education in China.
