摘　　要：高职院校内涵建设是今后一个时期高等职业教育发展的重心,把握高职院校内涵建设的特点有助于厘清高职院校内涵建设的要义,更好的推进高职院校内涵建设。本文正是以淄博职业学院内涵建设为例证,从多要素组合的系统性、与地方经济社会发展的共生性、与人的全面发展的协调性、与现代职教体系建构的一致性等四个方面分析了高职院校内涵建设的特点,旨在为高职院校内涵建设提供一些借鉴。Connotation construction of higher vocational colleges is the focus of the development of higher vocational education in the next period. Grasping the characteristics of connotation construction of higher vocational colleges is conducive to clarify the essence of connotation construction and promote the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges. By regarding connotation construction of Zibo Vocational Institute as an example, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges from four aspects, including the systematic of the combination of multi-factors, the symbiosis with the local economic and social development, the harmony with all-round development of human being, and the consistency with the construction of modern vocational education system, which to provide some reference for the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges.
