摘  要:为了得出发动机热负荷汽车冷却系统的构建方法;通过对轮系相关参数的推导,结合整车实际受力分析,提出水箱、冷却风扇及加热器的选型法则并进行了试验验证,也表明在整车开发中,发动机采用缸内直喷和分层燃烧等技术大大提高了发动机的效率;同时变速箱使用6速甚至7速自动变速箱,或无级变速等技术是需要关注的问题;对于在整车开发的前期准确定义汽车冷却系统零部件的性能指标,以及后续系统开发具有一定指导意义。The purpose of this paper is to obtain the establishment method of vehicle cooling system based on engine thermal load. The method of selecting water tank, cooling fan and heater is put forward in the paper and is verified by test combined with the applied force of the tested car through the gear system analysis. It shows that engine direct injection and stratified charge combustion technology improve the engine efficiency greatly in vehicle development, at the same time 6-speed, 7-speed transmission and stepless variable speeds technology should be paid attention which will provide the guidance for determining the perfonnanee index of engine cooling system and the continuous development.
