摘 要:制造业作为驱动佛山经济发展的发动机,在取得较大成果的同时,也面临着持续健康发展的瓶颈。而能破解瓶颈的唯有人才,尤其是创新型人才在企业转型升级过程中所发挥的作用,越来越被认同和重视。本文从佛山制造业发展现状入手,指出制造企业转型升级需要创新型人才,对佛山创新型人才建设情况进行了分析,提出了构建佛山制造业转型升级的创新型人才保障机制的建议。As manufacturing industry has been the driving force of the economy success in Foshan, the great achievement of which meanwhile has faced bottleneck constraints of maintaining a healthy and sustainable development. The key factor to break bottleneck constraints would be talents, in particularly innovative talents.The contribution of innovative talents has drawn social identification and attention in the process of business upgrading and transformation. This thesis starts from the current development status of manufacturing industry,points out the demand for innovative talents in the process of business transformation and upgrading, analyzes the condition of innovative talents construction and provides recommendations for building innovative talents safeguard mechanism of manufacturing industry and for business upgrading and transformation in Foshan city.
