广州市某中专学校女生月经知识认知、态度及行为的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解中专女生对月经知识的掌握程度、态度及卫生保健行为情况,为学校开展有针对性的经期卫生健康教育提供参考依据。方法对广州市某中专学校的431名女生进行现场自填式问卷调查。结果月经初潮平均年龄为(13.21±1.09)岁;生源地为城市的女生平均初潮年龄小于农村女生平均初潮年龄,二者之间的差异有统计学意义(F=3.698,P=0.000 2<0.05);女生对月经知识的总体答对率为64.29%;不同年级女生对经期卫生知识的认知得分差异具有统计学意义(F=10.728,P=0.001<0.05);女生日常获得月经卫生知识的主要来源是家长或姐妹,占75.17%;有84.0%的女生能正确对待月经这一生理现象,有部分女生尚未形成良好的经期保健行为;女生对经期日常生活保健的知识需求最高,占65.20%;最喜欢获取经期卫生知识的渠道是同学或好友,占52.46%。结论中专女生对月经知识的知晓率偏低,经期卫生保健意识有待加强,学校应重视女生月经期的生理、心理健康,根据女生的具体情况,积极开展多种形式的经期卫生健康教育,促进女生经期的身心健康。OBJECTIVE To understand the recognition,attitude and health care behavior of female students in secondary school in order to provide reference for developing targeted menstrual health education for school.METHODS A total of 431 female students were investigated with the self-designed questionnaires.RESULTS The average age of menarche was（13.21±1.09）,the city girls＇ average age of menarche was less than the rural girls,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant（F=3.698,P=0.002〈0.05）.The correct rate of menstrual knowledge was 64.29%,and the difference between different grades girls was statistically significant（F=10.728,P=0.001〈0.05）.There were 75.17%girls acquired the knowledge about menstruation from their mothers or sisters.There were 84.0%girls could treat menstruation this physiological phenomenon correctly but there were some girls had not yet formed a good menstrual health care behavior.The girls,highest demand on menstrual health knowledge,were daily life care and acquired the knowledge about menstruation from their classmates or friends was the favorite channels,CONCLUSION The girls,awareness of menstrual knowledge was low and their menstrual health care awareness needed to be strengthened.So the school should pay more forms of menstrual health education,provide regarding the girls＇ current attention to physical and mental health of girls during menstrual period.
