高等学校实行课程准入制的理念与策略

摘　　要：高等学校人才培养质量的高低主要取决于课程质量,没有高质量的课程就难以培养出高质量的人才。而保证课程质量的一项重要举措就是实行课程准入制,以防止因人设课、随意减课等现象的发生及低效、低劣、低俗课程进入课堂。要从维护国家、学生、社会、教师及高校自身的利益出发,遵循质量第一、以人为本、决策主体多元化、适切性等原则,采取有效措施,切实保证课程准入制落到实处。The quality of personnel training in colleges and universities is mainly determined by the quality of the curriculum . It is difficult to cultivate high quality talents without high quality curriculum . In order to prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon such as random reduction course , the low efficiency , and the vulgar curriculum in classroom , an important measure to guarantee the quality of the course is to implement the curriculum admittance system . From the interests of the students , society , teachers , and colleges , w e should follow the principles of quality , student‐oriented , and decision diversification.
