摘　　要：人工影响天气(简称人影)高炮作业数据的采集、收集及管理是人工影响天气业务工作的一项日常工作,论文旨在提高作业信息采集工作效率,让管理部门及时获取作业一线的实时信息,方案中使用ARM处理器为控制器,通过电子罗盘实时测量的高炮作业过程中的俯仰角、方位角,用接近开关检测发射人工降雨弹数量同时使用蓝牙模块将数据上传至人影手持终端(安装在手机上与作业采集器通信的一款应用软件)。经测试系统在人工影响天气作业过程中能够准确实时检测人影高炮作业的作业数据。Artillery Operations in Weather Modification has been used to acquisition,collection and management,it has been a daily work of artificial influence weather service work. Convenient operation information acquisition can greatly improve work efficiency,the real time information can feedback to administrative department,In this paper,using ARM processor as the controller. Using electronic compass to measure pitch and azimuth angle of Artillery Operations. Using proximity switch to detect artificial rain shell number while using Bluetooth module to upload data to the hand-held terminal（ Application software that Installed on the mobile phone and communicating with operating collector）. By testing the operating collector can collect the real-time operation data accurately.
