高师院校构建“三位一体”师范专业教育模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：师范教育的改革和发展中,地方师范院校师范专业普遍存在着力不从心、无所适从的困惑和问题。文章以忻州师范学院数学系在构建"三位一体"师范教育模式的探索与实践为例,深入讨论如何从人才培养方案、课程体系、与地方中小学和地方政府的合作等方面进行改革,探索一条适应基础教育改革和师范教育改革需求的办学思路和模式,为构建更系统的、科学的、合理的教育模式提供理论基础。It is difficult that teacher colleges major of education modes are set up in reform and development. The reform is discussed deeply in terms of the talent training scheme,course system,and it is taken for example that we explor and study practice of＂trinity＂education mode in department of Mathematics of Xinzhou Teachers University in this paper. In turn,a road is probed which accommodate the requirement of basic education reform and teacher education reform in order to construct more scientific and more systematic Maths education pattern.
