摘 要:针对大惯量闭式回转系统启制动过程中的压力冲击问题,提出新的压力控制方法:并联阀控变阻尼压力控制方法,即当系统压力达到压力均值附近时,将并联的比例方向阀开启至一个合适开口,使系统高压侧(低压侧)的液压油分流一部分进入低压侧(高压侧),并在启动、制动的过程中缓慢地将比例方向阀关闭。以300 t大型挖掘机为研究对象,通过仿真和实验研究。该方法既能抑制压力冲击、改善压力波动状况,又不至于产生因流量损失过多,导致上车回转速度降低和功率损失过大的问题。To solve the problem of pressure shock at start and stop stages of large inertia closed slewing system, a new pressure control method called parallel valve variable damping orifice bypass control is proposed, namely the parallel valve opens in a suitable pre-opening while the system pressure rises to average value to shunt the flow of high or low pressure side into low or high pressure side, and the pressure value will stop rising because of the pre- vention of fluid contraction. Taking 300 t large excavator as the research object, simulation and experiment show that during the process of proportional valve closing, the problem of pressure shock and surges could be settled and speed droop and large power loss caused by flow loss could be avoided.
