摘 要:统计分析表明,矿山井下人员行为安全主要取决于人员自身安全素质、机械设备状态、生产环境、管理与制度等4个因素,同时这些因素又分别受到诸多二级因素的影响。为此,基于层次分析的模糊综合评判方法,定量分析了各种因素对人员行为安全的影响。首先,针对各种影响因素建立了评价指标体系,并利用灰色系统理论确定各影响因素的权值;其次,综合运用层次分析法和模糊评判理论,构建了井下人员行为安全的定量评判模型。实例分析说明,模型可以直观确定被评价对象的安全状态和等级,对于提高安全措施的针对性和有效性,减少事故的发生,进而保障安全生产具有重要意义。Statistical analysis shows that personnel behavior safety of underground mine is mainly determined by four factors, the personnel safety quality, the mechanical equipment conditions, the production environment and the management system. These factors are also influenced by many secondary factors, which are hard to evaluate quantitatively. Therefore, the AHP method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory were adopted to analyze the influence of various factors on personnel behavior safety for underground mines quantitatively in this paper. Firstly, the evaluation index system was established after analyzing the various factors systematically. Then the weight of each factor was determined using the grey system theory. Secondly, the quantitative evaluation model of mine personnel behavior safety was established based on the AHP method and fuzzy evaluation theory. Case study shows that using the model can deter- mine safety state and level of personnel behavior safety of underground mine accurately and directly. The application of the model in un- derground mines can help decision makers make more effective safety measures to reduce the accident occurrence rate and guarantee the safe production.
