摘 要:民族地区高校教师专业化发展过程中存在优质教师资源引进难、没有完善的准入退出机制、教师教学科研能力较薄弱、缺乏高水平的专业能力培训、应对信息化和国际化的能力不足、缺乏多元文化素养等问题。政府应强化顶层设计,增加对民族地区经费和政策的倾斜,为教师专业化的发展提供制度保障;学校多途径激发教师专业精神,增强教师的多元文化素养和国际交流能力;教师个体加强师德修养,积极进行教学实践反思,不断创新教学模式,达成教学相长,最终实现提升民族地区高校教师专业化水平。Based on the current situation of university teachers' professionalization in ethnic regions, the author thinks there are problems such as difficulties in introducing qualified teacher resources, the lack of a complete access and exit mechanism, teachers' weakness in teaching and scientific researches, the lack of high-level professional training, teachers' lack of the ability to cope with informatization and internationalization and lack of multicultural literacy, etc.. To achieve the ultimate goal of enhancing university teachers' professional level in ethnic regions, the government should strengthen the top-level design and further intensify the funding and policy in ethnic regions, thus providing a system guarantee for teachers' professional development; universities should stimulate teachers' professional spirit and improve teachers' multicultural literacy and the ability of international communication through various ways; meanwhile, individual of the teachers should reinforce their morality cultivation, actively make reflections on teaching practice and unceasingly innovate the teaching modes so as to benefit both teachers and students in the teaching process.
