摘　　要：随着我国汽车保有量的迅速攀升,汽车后市场不断发展壮大,急需大批高素质、技能型人才。高职院校通过及时调整专业设置、深入开展教学改革、加强师资队伍建设等做法,为汽车后市场的发展培养了大批优秀人才,同时也提升了自身的社会服务能力。With the rapid rising of car ownership in China, the automotive aftermarket continues to grow stronger, which places a large number of high-quality skilled personnel in great demand. Through adjusting specialties in time, carrying out a deep teaching reform and strengthening the construction of teaching team, higher vocational institutes have cultivated a large number of outstanding personnel for the automotive aftermarket and also improved their ability in social services.
