摘  要:从社会分层理论的视角看,高校毕业生就业的过程就是不同阶层个体职业获得的过程,也是毕业生实现社会流动的过程。学前教育专业的毕业生虽然"好就业",却是以缺乏专属性的职业地位、较低的工资待遇以及缺乏流动机会为代价的,因此必然存在幼儿教师频繁流动甚至流失的问题。要解决学前教育专业学生的"好就业"与幼儿教师的"频流动"矛盾,需要相关政府部门、各幼儿教师培养学校、幼儿园以及幼儿教师共同努力。From the viewpoints of the social stratification theory, the process of college graduates is the process of different classes of in- dividuals' careers. It' s also the process to achieve social mobility. Although pre - school education graduates are easy to approach "bet- ter employment", but they lack of professional status attribute, get lower wages, and lack of mobility opportunities. So it certainly result in frequent flow of preschool teachers, even teacher losing. In order to solve the contradiction between "better employment but frequent flow", we need everyone' s effort, including relevant government departments, preschool teachers training school, kindergarten and pre- school teacher.
