摘  要:由于高旋武器弹药在初始时刻具有高转速和高加速度的特点,使半捷联MEMS惯性测量系统的减旋系统超调大,致使MEMS惯性传感器测得瞬时数据大,超出量程,影响数据分析与解算,提出一种适用于高旋弹用的多量程传感器组合设计,采用多量程的惯性传感器和MIMU组合将弹体各个飞行阶段的数据进行测量;用A/D转换器将其输出的模拟量转换为数字量,通过FPGA模拟通信口接收数据并存储在FLSAH中,实现对半捷联惯性测量系统的实时记录。通过高速飞行仿真转台试验验证:该设计能实时准确采集并存储弹体信息,对常规弹药的制导化具有很大的应用价值。Because high rotation of arms and ammunition has characteristics of high-rotating speed and highacceleration in initial moment,it makes large overshoot on reduced-rotation system of semi-strapdown MEMS inertial measurement system,which results in measured instantaneous data of MEMS inertial sensor is large and out of range,which impacts on data analysis and resolving,present a combination design of multi-range sensor that is suitable for high rotation of ammunition,measure data of various flight phases of projetile body using combination of multi-range inertial sensor and MIMU; convert analog output to digital quantity using ADC converts,receive data through FPGA analog communication port and store it in FLSAH memory. The design can realize real time record of semi-strapdown inertial measurement system. Through high-speed flight simulation turntable prove that the design can accurately and real-time collect and store information,which is valuable for guidenization of conventional ammunition.
