摘　　要：酒店行业已成为当前经济市场中的一大热门行业，新形势下对酒店的管理提出了更高的要求，这就需要酒店管理专业的学生能够转变传统观念，具备新时代酒店管理专业所需要的就业观念与职业素养。本文通过分析职业素养的概念与含义，进一步探讨了如何在新形势下培养酒店管理专业学生的职业素养。The hotel industry has become a popular industry in the market economy, under the new situation of hotel management put forward higher requirements, which requires professional hotel management students to change the traditional ideas, with new era hotel management professional need employment concept and professionalism. Through analyzing the concept and connotation of professional quality, this paper further discusses how to cultivate the professional quality of hotel management professional students in the new situation.
