摘　　要：构造了一个变换,将一般的二阶微分方程化为方程-y″+q(x)y=λy,利用E.C.Titchmarsh所引进的函数论的方法与Q.Kong,H.Wu,A.Zettl采用的矩阵方法,给出了耦合边界条件下Sturm-Liouville问题特征值与特征函数的渐近式.The transformation is constructured,in which the general second order differential equation is converted into the equation- y″ ＋ q（ x） y = λy,and the asymptotic of eigenvalue and eigenfunction of Sturn-Liouville problems and the are provided with the coupled boundary conditions,by using the function theory introduced by E.C.Titchmarsh and the matrix method adopted by Q.Kong,H. Wu,A.Zettl.
