职业院校经管类“教学公司”发展模式探究

摘　　要：职业院校经管类"教学公司",可改变传统的实践教育教学模式,使经管类专业实训教学得以在真实的企业环境中进行,既能开拓学生的视野,又能提高学生的职业能力,实现企业岗位和学校的教学要求无缝对接,有效提升学生的就业竞争力和满足企业的用人需求。Vocational colleges " teaching company" can change the traditional teaching mode of education practice,which leads the practical teaching of economics and management to carry out in the real business environment.It can not only broaden students' horizon,but also improve students' professional ability,realize seamless docking between enterprise job and school teaching requirements,effectively enhance the employment competitiveness of students and meet the job requirement of enterprise.
