在职护士继续教育的现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨在职护士参加继续教育的现状及其影响因素,为护理继续教育提供理论依据和方法 。方法 选择2012年10月~2013年11月我院394名在职护士进行调查,通过自行设计调查问卷,问卷内容包括调查对象的基本情况、继续教育学习内容需求情况及影响因素等,最后对回收问卷进行统计分析。结果 85.8%的在职护士希望参加护理新技术这门继续教育课程,86.8%的在职护士希望通过继续教育增长知识,92.4%的护士认为院内学习是目前最佳的一种继续教育形式,职称晋升（94.2%）是护士参加继续教育的主要目的,而待遇方面（72.6%）、没有精力和时间（62.4%）是影响在职护士继续教育的最主要因素。结论 护士参加护理继续教育受到诸多因素的影响,医院管理者方面应采取相应措施来提高护士参加继续教育积极性,护士本人应该结合自身实际情况充分认识到参加继续教育的重要性,从而提高临床专业知识和理论知识水平。Objective To explore the current situation of nurses on the job take part in continuing education and its im- paet factor,than providing theoretical basis and method for nursing continuing education. Methods 394 nurses on the job from October 2012 to November 2013 of our hospital were surveyed.Questionnaire were designed by ourselves.The content of the questionnaire included： basic information of respondents,demand conditions of continue education learn- ing content and factors.The data of recycle questionnaire was analyzed. Results 85.8% nurse on job hoped to partici- pate in a continuing education program called new technology of nursing,86.8% nurse on job hoped to increase knowl- edge by continue education,92.4% nurse on job thought that studying in hospital was the most form of continue educa- tion,position promoting （94.2%） was the main purpose of nurses participated in continue education.But benefits （72.6%） and without vigor or time （62.4%） were the factors that impacted nurse on job participate in a continuing education. Coneiusion Nurses participate in continuing education are influenced by many factors.To improve the level of clinical professional knowledge and theoretical knowledge,hospital managers should take corresponding measures to improve the positivity of nurses to participate in continuing education and nurses should combine their own actual situation and ful- ly realize the importance to participate in continuing education.
