摘　　要：以安徽省小学体育教师专业化发展现状为研究基点,运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法对当前安徽省小学体育教师专业化发展情况进行分析研究,结合国内教师专业化发展形式和一线教师实际现状,探讨在遵循教育发展规律的情况下科学构建适合基层(基础教育)体育教师专业化发展的对策,为基层体育教师专业化发展开拓理论路径。With the current situation of the professional development of primary school PE teachers in Anhui province as the study basis, using methods of literature and questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the current situation of the professionalization of primary school PE teachers in Anhui province, combining with the domestic form of professional development and actual situation of fi＇ontline teachers, discusses about the countermeasures to the construction of the professional development of PE teachers at the grass-roots level （basic education） following the law of education development situation, to expand the theory path for the professional develooment of ~rass-roots PE teacher.
