新建本科院校大学英语教师的困境与出路——以楚雄师范学院为例

摘  要:教育国际化背景下的大学英语教学改革中,新建本科院校的大学英语教师遭遇了重重困境,挑战空前。本文借鉴CBI理论以及ESP模式,以需求为导向,把"按需施教"和"因材施教"相结合;完善大学英语教师管理制度,以新的"引进来"和"走出去"方针,强化师资建设;并根据现有教师教龄、学科知识结构和研究方向等优化组合,实现教师的"科研"和"学科英语教学"优势互补,促进教师专业发展,打造一支具有较强实力的大学英语教师团队。During the process of college English teaching innovation under the background of international education, EFL Teachers in newly - built college have encountered with great challenges in many aspects. Referring to CBI theory or ESP model, the thesis explored strategies under guidelines of teaching according to "needs analysis and students' future development" to cultivate competitive EFL teachers. They are as the following: first, strengthening teacher construction by "new teacher employment policy and a full range of teacher training" ; then complementing existing teachers' advantages of research and teaching according to their age, title, pedagogical knowledge and so on.
