探讨湖南工学院的办学指导思想与定位

摘　　要：本文从研究的角度对湖南工学院办学指导思想和学校定位的问题进行了探讨,并提出湖南工学院作为经济欠发达地区的地方普通高等院校,必须科学地树立办学指导思想,处理好人才培养目标、办学层次、学校办学特色等关系。人才培养目标应定位为"面向衡阳市乃至整个湖南省的经济建设与资源开发的应用型人才"。In this paper, the problems of school-running guiding ideas and positioning of Hu＇nan Institute of Technology were discussed from a research standpoint, and Hu＇nan Institute of Technology, as a local university in the economic underdeveloped region, must set up the guiding ideology of running scientifically, deal with the relationship among personnel training target, education level and the characteristics of running a university. The applied talents who help to economic construction and resource development in Hengyang City or the whole Hu’nan Province are identified as the talent training goal.
