摘  要:本文采用问卷调查法和个案访谈法对南京市四所小学的学生进行调查。研究发现目前小学教师男女比例失衡严重,而且教师男女比例失衡对小学生的发展有不利影响,本文在研究的基础上还尝试提出一些优化教师结构的建议,期望能对小学招聘男女教师提供参考。Through questionnaires and case interviews, this paper carried out a survey on students from four primary schools of Nanjing City. It was found in the research that gender imbalance is severe in primary schools currently and it has adverse effect on pupils' development. Based on the research, this paper attempted to propose some suggestions on optimizing teacher structure, hoping to provide a reference for the employment of primary school teachers.
