摘  要:为提高医学生的临床基本操作技能,以"临床基本技能训练综合课程"为契机,采用"自我识别"教学方法,综合利用课前预习、课堂上教师演示和讲解、学生练习、学生操作录像、课后学生观看和讨论录像、对比识别自身缺点和再次练习的教学方法,着力培养和提高学生的自我学习能力,提高了学习热情和积极性,巩固了对基本技能操作的掌握,取得了显著的教学效果,为基本操作教学探索新的有效途径。To improve basic surgical skills of medical students, the self-identification teaching method has been used in the basic clinical skills training course, which has embodied students’ principal status in teaching and improved students’ learning methods. Great efforts have been made to cultivate and improve students’ learning capabilities. In this way, a satisfying teaching result has been realized and the teaching quality has been improved as well. This type of basic surgical skills training method may be helpful to improving the surgical educational experience for medical students.
