摘　　要：在已有基础上,通过整合优质教学科研资源,建设高水平指导教师队伍,构建"四位一体"创新训练体系,实施"四个结合"创新训练模式,实行开放运行管理,面向全校学生开展创新训练,湖南科技大学化学与生物科学类专业大学生创新训练中心已基本成为一个培养高素质创新型应用人才、特色鲜明的省级大学生创新训练中心。Under the existing foundation,the high quality teaching and scientific research resources are integrated. The high level teacher team is developed. The ＂four in one＂innovation training system is constructed. The ＂four combination＂innovation training mode is implemented. The open operation and management is practiced. The innovation trainings are operated to all the students in our university. The chemical and biological sciences specialty innovation training center of Hunan University of Science and Technology has been basically become a provincial innovation training center to train high quality innovative and application- oriented talents with distinct characteristics.
