摘　　要：随着信息时代的到来,企业的核心竞争力是其参与市场竞争的关键要素,企业核心竞争力的培育成为企业获得市场竞争优势的前提。劳动伦理建设是企业提升核心竞争力的重要手段,同时也是企业生产活动的有机组成部分,更是决定企业未来发展的重要影响因素。With the arrival of the information era, one of the key elements is participating in market competition and that is enterprise＇s core competitiveness, and cultivating the core competitiveness of enterprises become the premise of gaining market competitive advantage. Labor ethics construction is an important means of improving enterprise core competitiveness, and it is also an organic part of enterprise production activities. Furthmore, it is also one of the important factors affecting enterprise development in the future.
