摘  要:说服既是教育方法和技巧,又是教育原理和原则,更是一种教师必备的素养。亚里士多德在《修辞学》一书中指出了形成说服素养要具备的三个基本核心要素,即品格、情感和理性。这为教师说服素养的形成指明了路径,即理性、情感和品格成就了教师的说服素养。品格是教师说服素养的基石;学生情感是形成教师说服素养的资凭;理性推理是形成教师说服素养的灵魂。The persuasion is not only methods and skills of the education, but also the principles and theories of the education, and more a necessary literacy to a teacher.In" The skill of Rhetoric",a book was written by Aristotle,it pointed that to have three basic key elements to form persuasion literacy:namely character, emotion and reason. This specified a path for teachers how to form persuasion literacy. Reason、emotion and character are also the achievements to persuasion literacy for teachers. Character is the cornerstone of teacher's persuasion literacy; students emotional is the formation of capital with teacher's persuasion literacy; rational reasoning is the soul for teacher's persuasion literacy.
