摘　　要：为了解家政服务专业学生的专业认同感情况,对宁波卫生职业技术学院的74名家政服务专业新生进行问卷调查、发现专业认同感处于中等水平,并主要受父母的教育水平和报考专业前对专业的了解程度影响。在调查分析的基础上,提出培养专业认同感的策略。There are difficulties in recruitment and higher turnover rate on domestic service professional,due to the low social awarenness and cognitive biases. In order to promote domestic service professional students professional identity, the single Survey 74 domestic service professional freshman and found that their professional identity in the medium level and mainly affected by the parents＂ education level and before enter oneself for an examination professional understanding of the professional degree.On this basis it put forward some strategies of cultivating professional identity.
