摘　　要：深化教育综合改革和新一轮基础教育课程改革的全面推进,给我国高等院校师范专业人才培养提出了新的要求。师范院校作为培养基础教育师资的主力军,关键是更新教育观念,核心是创新人才培养机制,目的是提高人才培养水平,为教育改革发展服务,办出特色争创一流。文章结合教学实际,分析了当前化学师范专业人才培养模式存在的问题,探索如何创新教学模式,构建多元化实践平台,培养师范生教育素养和教学技能的方法和路径,开展了师范生参加科普宣讲志愿服务活动,促进师范生教学技能和教育素养的科学发展的实验探究,特色明显,成效显著。With deepening the comprehensive education reform and comprehensively promoting a new round of basic education curriculum reform, a new requirement of normal professional talents in Colleges and universities in China was put forward. Teachers Training College as the mainstay of training basic education teachers, the key is to update the concepts of education, the core is innovative talent training mechanism, the purpose is to improve the level of talent training and development service, unique top-notch. Combined with teaching practice, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the current chemical teachers＇ professional training mode, explores how to innovate teaching mode, builds a diversified practice platform, raises students＇ education literacy and teaching skill method and path, conducts the students to participate in popular science preach volunteer service activities, and explores to promote the development of students＇ teaching skills and educational literacy. All are features clear with remarkable results.
