摘　　要：目的 了解福建省初中生烟草使用情况及其对烟草使用的认识与态度,为今后福建省制定有针对性的干预策略、全面推动重点人群烟草控制工作提供参考。方法 于2013年10~11月采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法抽取福建省的初中学校,调查使用国家根据我国国情增加部分问题后的GYTS全球统一标准的核心问卷。用SAS 9.3统计软件进行数据清洗、样本加权,加权后的数据代表整个福建省初中生的烟草使用情况,用SPSS 19.0通过复杂抽样程序进行数据分析。结果 共调查初一、初二、初三在校学生4 144名,尝试烟草使用率为15.08%,男生（22.29%）高于女生（6.72%）（P〈0.01）;现在烟草使用率为4.69%,男生（7.43%）高于女生（1.49%）（P〈0.01）。17.40%的学生对烟草易感,72.57%的学生肯定的认为别人吸烟产生的烟雾会对自己产生危害,赞同在封闭和室外的公共场所禁止吸烟的学生分别为63.42%和64.53%。结论 福建省初中生尝试烟草使用率和现在烟草使用率均低于全国平均水平。部分学生对烟草存在认识误区,加之环境的影响,导致了学生对烟草使用的不正确态度和烟草使用行为。Objective To understand the awareness and attitude towards tobacco consumption among junior high school students, so as to provide reference for corresponding policy-making and comprehensive tobacco control promotion among key populations in Fujian province. Methods Junior high schools were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method during October-November, 2013. A core questionnaire of modified GYTS adjusted by the situation of China was used in the survey. SAS 9.3 statistical software was used for data cleaning, sample weight, the weighted data represented the whole situation of tobacco use in junior high school students in Fujian province and SPSS 19.0 was used through complex sampling procedure for analysis. Results A total of 4 144 Junior high school students were surveyed, the rate of tobacco use attempt was 15.08 %, boys （22.29 % ） was higher than girls （6.72 % ） （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the rate of current tobacco use was 4.69 %, that of boys （7.43 % ） was higher than that of girls （ 1.49 % ） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. 17.40 % of the students were susceptible to tobacco and 72.57% were sure that second-hand smoke was harmful to themselves, 63. 42 % and 64.53 % students were in favor of prohibiting smoking in the closed and outdoor public places. Conclusion The rates of tobacco use attempt and current tobacco use among junior high school students in FuSian province are both below the national average. But misunderstanding among some students on tobacco coupled with the influence of the environment leads to the students＇ incorrect attitude and behavior towards tobacco use.
