摘　　要：高职教育是以培养具有一定理论知识和较强实践能力、面向生产、服务和管理第一线的实用型、技术型和技能型专门人才为目的教育类型,要培养出高素质、高技能型人才,其关键在于教师的专业发展。本文从高职院校教师专业发展存在的若干问题入手,分析导致这些问题产生的原因,并就如何解决这些问题提出相应的对策。Higher vocational education is a kind of education pattern used to cultivate practical,technical and skilled talents who have some certain theoretical knowledge and practical ability and work on the front line of production,service and management.The professional development of teachers is key for cultivating competent talents with skills.This paper starts with some problems of the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and then analyzes the reasons of these problems,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.
