摘  要:目的:比较"授课为基础的学习"(LBL)模式与"以器官系统为中心"(OBL)模式的口腔生物学教学效果。方法:以口腔医学生为对象,仅实验组设OBL讨论课。通过考试及问卷调查对教学效果进行分析。结果:两组学生考试成绩无差异,但OBL组的问卷调查评分明显高于LBL组。结论:OBL教学模式更能提高学生的学习积极性,实现多学科知识的融会贯通。Objective :To compare the effects of Lecture Based Learning (LBL) and Organ-system Based Learning (OBL) in oral biology teaching. Methods:Sixty students majored in oral medicine admitted enrolled in 2013 were randomly divided into LBL teaching group and OBL group (30 students in each group). The test scores and questionnaire scores of these students were analyzed statistically. Results:There was no significant difference in test scores between LBL group and OBL group (P 〉 0.05 ). Questionnaire scores in OBL group were significantly higher than those in LBL group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions : Compared with LBL teaching model, OBL model can better enhance students' learning motivation, help students master basic theoretical knowledge of multiple disciplines.
