权变视角下联盟组合配置战略对绩效的影响

摘　　要：鉴于联盟组合实证研究的不足,以2006~2013年中国生物医药制品上市企业为研究对象,运用层次回归分析的方法,以权变的视角探讨企业年龄、高管团队异质性程度、竞争战略类型如何影响联盟组合配置战略与绩效的关系,实证表明：企业年龄、差异化战略、高管团队的年龄异质性、高管团队的性别异质性正向地调节探索式的联盟组合配置战略与企业绩效之间的关系;低成本战略、高管团队的教育背景异质性正向地调节利用式的联盟组合配置战略与企业绩效之间的关系。企业在实施战略时不应只局限于考虑战略行为本身的优劣性,而应综合考虑企业行为活动的匹配性,思考战略行为发生作用的条件。In view of the lack of empirical analysis of alliance portfolio,this paper studies its moderate influences on the relationship between alliance portfolio configuration strategies and firm performance in terms of firm age,differentiation strategy and TMT heterogeneity from a contingency view.Based on the data collecting from Chinese bio-pharmaceutical listed companies from 2006 to 2013,the hierarchical regression results show that firm age,differentiation strategy,TMT age heterogeneity and TMT gender heterogeneity positively moderate the relationship between the exploratory alliance portfolio strategy and firm performance,while low-cost strategy positively moderate the relationship between the exploitive alliance portfolio strategy and firm performance.Therefore,firms should comprehensively consider the fit among the system of activities undertaken by themselves instead of only focusing on the pros and cons of strategic activities,firms should figure out in what conditions can the strategic activities improve firm performance.
