摘　　要：自主学习是指由学生自己决定学习内容、学习方法、学习强度、学习结果评价的学习方式,也是指学生能够指导、控制、调节自己学习行为的能力与习惯。在自主学习理论的指导下,建设英语自主学习网站,以此促进学生自主学习,培养学生自主学习能力。Self-regulated learning means students make their own decisions about what to learn, how to lean, how intense to learn, and how to evaluate learning. It also means students＇ ability and practice of instructing, controlling and regulating their learning behavior. An English learning website can be set up based on this theory, aiming to promote students＇ performance and ability of self- regulated learning.
