摘　　要：在分析模具生产过程和模具设计岗位要求的基础上,通过改革课程体系和教学内容,强化实践教学,加强校企合作,推进职业资格考证,开展项目制下的学生研究计划,提高了学生的工程应用能力,缩短了学生能力与企业需求之间的距离,培养的学生受到企业好评。Based on the analysis of the mould production process and the job requirements of mould design, through reforming the curriculum system and content, strengthening practical teaching, enhancing university-enterprise cooperation, promoting the vocational qualification examination, carrying out the students study plan around the project system, the students＂ engineering application ability was improved, and the gap between the students＂ ability and enterprise requirements was shortened. Therefore, the students were well received by the enterprises.
