云计算环境下的高校教学资源库建设探讨

摘　　要：本文分析了当前各高校教学资源库普遍存在的问题,阐述了云计算的特点和优势,并对云计算环境下的高校教学资源库的建设策略从制定教学资源标准、创建综合云管理平台、缝合资源库与互联网。开发移动客户软件四方面进行了分析,对运行管理机制从完善运行维护机制、规范考核评价机制、建立共享激励机制、强化知识产权保护四个方面进行了探讨。This paper analyses the current problems in library of colleges and universities teaching resources, describes the features and advantages of cloud computing, and discusses the construction of college teaching resource stategy on establishing standard of teaching resources, creating a comprehensive cloud management platform closing a repository and the internet, developing the mobile clint software;and discusses the operating management mechanism on improving of operation maintenance mechanism. standardizing of evaluation mechanism. establishing of shareing incentive mechanism. strengthening of IPR.
