摘  要:近年来,高职院校蓬勃发展,已经占据了人才培养的半壁江山,企业越来越关注高职学生的职业素养。文章论述了高职院校全程职业素养系统工程,构建了从学生入学至毕业全程职业素养模式,提出对高职学生大一新生进行团队协作能力训练,对大二学生进行职业道德塑造,对大三学生进行核心职业能力的培养等。Higher vocational colleges develops very well in recent years and has accounted for half of the field of personnel training.Enterprises are giving more and more attention to the professional quality of higher vocational students.This paper discusses the systematic project of "whole-process professional quality cultivation".It constructs a whole cultivation system from the students' enrollment to their graduation.This mode focuses on their teamwork competence in the first year,their professonal ethics in the second year,and their professional competence in the last year.This contributes a lot to the exploration of the innovation of professional quality cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
