高职教师专业化发展现状调查与分析

摘　　要：本研究运用实证调查的研究方法对高职教师专业化发展现状进行了研究与分析。调查内容包括以下几个部分:A.高职教师的个人基本信息,包括年龄结构、教龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、双师结构等;B.促进教师专业化发展的主要动力;C.阻碍自己专业化发展的主要因素;D.专业化发展方式;E.专业化发展的内容;F.教师专业化发展情况自我认定。运用SPSS对调查数据作了统计,并据此进行了分析。最后,提出了相关决策建议。研究结果将为高职教师及同行专家们提供启示。This paper is an empirical research on the status of vocational college teachers＇ professional development, which covers the following parts ： A. Teachers＇ profile including ages, teaching years, degrees, academic tides, and whether to be double qualified teachers or not ; B. Motivational factors of teachers＇ professional development ; C. Obstructive factors of teachers＇ professional development ; D. Ap- proaches of teachers＇ professional development; E. Contents of teachers＇ professional development; F. Self-evaluation for the professional development. In the study, SPSS is used to process and analyze the data. Also some decision suggestions are made. The findinds can offer vocational college teachers and experts much revelations about professional development.
