摘 要:基于道路谱的半分析载荷对某汽车底盘进行静强度分析.采集实车在试车场各种恶劣行驶环境下的道路谱,作为整车动力学分析的载荷条件.建立刚柔耦合的整车多体动力学模型,基于柔性体模态应力恢复获取分析部件连接点的载荷,并作为有限元分析的输入载荷.应用惯性释放法进行静力学强度分析,得到底盘部件的应力分布特征,据此确定薄弱区域.相对于全分析载荷,半分析载荷的强度分析能更有效预测底盘部件薄弱区域.Static strength analysis is performed on an automobile chassis based on the semi-analysis loads of road spectrum. The road spectrum of the automobile under different driving conditions in proving ground is taken as the load conditions for the whole vehicle dynamics analysis. A rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model is built for the whole vehicle. Based on the modal stress recovery of flexible body, the loads on the connection points of the research components are obtained as the input of finite element analysis. The inertia relief method is used to perform the static strength analysis, the stress distribution features of the chassis components are obtained, and the weak areas are identified. Compared with the whole analysis, the semi-analysis loads can predict the weak areas of chassis components more effectively.
