摘 要:以北京市176所公办幼儿园3619名幼儿园教师为研究对象,本研究通过建立OLS回归模型对编制内、外幼儿园教师的工资收入进行实证分析,并运用Oaxaca-Blinder分解法分析各种影响因素对工资差异的贡献程度,结果发现幼儿园教师的教育收益率普遍较低,其中编制内幼儿园教师的教育收益率比编制外幼儿园教师更低;职称、幼儿园所处地理位置、编制对幼儿园教师的工资水平有重要影响,受教育经历、工作经验、学历文凭等因素的影响相对较小;编制内幼儿园教师与编制外幼儿园教师工资收入差异的80.85%可以归于"编制歧视"。为缩小幼儿园教师群体内部的工资差异,整体提高幼儿园教师待遇,各级政府财政、人事和教育部门仍需进一步加强协调与合作,建立不断提高学前教育经费投入的长效机制,不断扩大有编制幼儿园教师的比例。Based on the salary data of 3619 teachers from 176 public kindergartens in Beijing, the paper used OLS regress model to analyze teachers' salary difference and the influencing factors according to the Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition method. The main findings were as follows: The return to education was generally lower to kindergarten teachers, especially to those formal kindergarten teachers; Professional title and geographical location of kindergarten played important roles on salary, while the effects of education, work experience and academic diplomas were relatively small; 80.85% of salary difference was due to "teacher identity discrimination". It still need the financial, personnel and education departments at all levels to further strengthen coordination and cooperation to establish a long-term mechanism of investment on preschool education and continuously expand the proportion of formal kindergarten teachers.
