磁性附着体在口腔修复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的：分析研究磁性附着体在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法：选取我院收治的42例采用磁性附着体进行口腔修复治疗患者，对其临床资料及口腔修复治疗效果进行回顾分析，以研究磁性附着体在口腔修复中的应用效果。结果：口腔修复治疗3周后，患者的义齿固定力与咀嚼效率分别为（4．23±0．34）N和（0．76±0．21）％，与修复治疗前具有较大差异，P〈0．05，有统计学意义。结论：磁性附着体进行口腔修复治疗，能够有效提升患者修复牙齿的固定力与咀嚼率，具有较好效果，值得临床推广和应用。Objective To study effect of magnetic attachment application in oral cavity repair. Methods Our hospital of 42 patients with magnetic attachment for oral cavity repair treatment, its oral repair treatment effect and the clinical data were retrospective analysis, to study the magnetic attachment effect in oral cavity repair. Results Oral repair 3 weeks after treatment, patients with fixed force and masticatory efficiency of complete denture, respectively （4.23 ± 0.34） N and （0.76± 0.21） %, and repair has a bigger difference before treatment, P 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The magnetic attachment for oral cavity repair treatment application, can effectively increase the rate of repair teeth fixed force and chewing, has a good effect, worth clinical promotion and application.
