实验主导的医学研究生细胞分子生物学教学改革

摘　　要：研究生教学以培养和提高研究生综合科研素质为目的,随着精准医学时代的到来,医学细胞分子生物学的教学面临着新的机遇和挑战。作者以注重学生科研能力培养为核心目的,进行了实验主导的医学细胞分子生物学模块化教学改革,整合了生物信息学、细胞生物学、遗传学、免疫学、分子生物学等医学前沿学科。主要特点有:绝对强化的实验教学环节、构建综合性实验教学,是提高研究生综合素质的有效途径;理论教学讲座化;合理的考核方式;及以资助学生课题为方式的科研能力的挖掘。同时,建设专职实验室是对学生培养科研创新能力培养的有力保障。也应该看到,高素质、负责任的高水平教师队伍建设是这种教学改革模式的前提和保障。The purpose of graduate students＇ teaching is to train and improve the overall quality for scientific research.Coming along molecular medicine era,there are more and more new opportunities and challenges in the field of the cell and molecular biology for medico in the 21 st century.In tertiary institutions,the priorities of the graduate teaching reform is to establish the medical education system of the cell and molecular biology,for adapting to the development of new forms.As the core that training the scientific research ability of students,we have carried on the led by experiment led of postgraduate teaching and training about the medical cell and molecular biology,and integration medical frontier disciplines such as the bioinformatics,cell biology,genetics,immunology,and molecular biology.The main features are including the definitely strengthen experiment training,which a build comprehensive experiment is an effective way to improve graduate comprehensive qualities;the seminars of theory teaching;reasonable appraisal methods;and the cultivating scientific ability by supported research funds.Meanwhile,the professional laboratory,and the high quality and responsible teaching team are the premise and guarantee.
