巴林特小组及相关培训对医护人员沟通能力和应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨以巴林特小组为主要形式的医/护患沟通培训对医护人员沟通能力和压力应对方式的影响。方法 2013年8月,在上海市某三级甲等医院内采用自愿报名的方式分5批招募54名医护人员,每批进行6次巴林特小组与医患沟通理论培训,比较培训前后小组成员的临床沟通能力和应对方式。结果经过培训,小组成员临床沟通能力各维度得分普遍提高,其中团队沟通、情感感知和困难情景沟通能力的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,小组成员的应对方式趋向于更积极,更多采取"解决问题"的成熟应对方式,而"退避"、"合理化"应对方式显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以巴林特小组为主要形式的培训可以在较短时间内提高医护人员的沟通能力,并使其在面对压力时能够采取更加积极的应对方式。Objective To explore the influence of Balint group and relative trainings on the competency of physician-patient communication and coping style .Methods Fifty-four medical personal were recruited by means of voluntary registration in the hospital ,a series of six trainings w hich contains Balint group and other physician-patient communication skills were organized .The clinical communication skills and coping style were compared before and after training .Results After training ,the score in each dimension of com-munication ability were increased ,there were differences showed in team communication competency ,the emotion perception competency and communication competency in difficult clinic scene between before and after training（P〈0 0.5） .After training ,the coping style of group members tend to the more positively ,and more likely to use the method of “solve the problem” ,rather than “avoiding” and“reasonablized”（ P〈0 . 01） .Conclusion Balint group training can improve the clinical doctor-patient communication skills of medi-cal personnel in a relatively short period of time ,and prompt medical personnel to take more positive cop-ing style in face of stresses .
