摘　　要：针对大学生就业选择问题建立数学模型,并对模型进行分析。通过调查研究获得各影响因素所占比重,运用层次分析法构建大学生就业选择问题的数学模型,为大学生选择就业岗位提供参考。We set up mathematical model for college students＇ employment choice problems, and analyze the model. Through investigation and study, we obtain the weight of each factor and then we build a mathematics model of college students＇ employment choice by analytic hierarchy process to provide a reference for college students to choose jobs.
