基于DEA的县市域职业教育资源配置效率评价——以江苏省太仓市为例

摘　　要：以江苏省太仓市全日制职业教育为例,运用DEA模型对太仓市职业教育资源配置的有效值、投入冗余和产出不足进行计算,并以此对其职业教育资源配置效率进行评价,建议太仓市应在"发挥资源整体效应"、"优化职教资源配置"和"提高办学自主权"等方面做出更多努力。In order to carry on scientific evaluation on resource allocation of vocational education within county and city domains, this paper takes full - time vocational education in Taicang as an example and uses DEA model to calculate its effective value, input redundancy and output deficiency, based on which to evaluate the allocation efficiency. Meanwhile, it suggests that Taicang put more efforts on several aspects , such as developing overall resource advantage, optimizing vocational education allocation resources and improving autonomy in school - running.
