摘　　要：网络教学以其方式灵活、资源优质、交互性强等特点深受广大师生喜爱,为成人高等教育的发展指明了方向。与重点大学相比,地方院校在如何开展成人高等教育网络教学方面往往经验不足。结合地方院校的现状和特点,从资源与平台建设模式、网络教学要素分析、网络教学流程设计等方面对地方院校成人高等教育网络教学模式进行了论述,并进行了应用实践。The network teaching is characterized by its flexibility, excellent quality and effective interaction . Therefore,it becomes a good way to develop the adult education. Compared with key uni- versities, local universities in the development of adult education network teaching is often lack of ex- perience. Based on the present situation and characteristics of local universities, this paper discusses the teaching modes of adult education in local universities from the aspects of resource and platform construction mode, network teaching element analysis, network teaching process design, which have been applied in practice.
