摘  要:本文从我国大学英语教改趋势和教学现状出发,以文秋芳的"输出驱动假设"为主要理论依据,研究如何培养大学生的英语听说实践能力。教学中,教师运用"综合技能训练法"和"教师辅助渐减法",以输出为驱动设计多种教学任务和课外实践活动。学生以输入为基础,学以致用,创造性地把5种技能相互转换。研究结果表明,所用理论和方法不但提高学生的英语学习兴趣、自主学习能力、听说实践能力和学习成效,而且验证输出比输入对外语学习的内驱力更大,培养表达性语言技能符合学生当下的需求。According to the trend of college English teaching reform and current teaching situation in China, based upon Wen Qiufang's output-driven hypothesis, this paper studies on how to cultivate college students' practical ability in listening and speaking. By applying the methods of "comprehensive skills training" ," degression of teacher assistant" and out-put driven concept, researchers designed various tasks and extra-curriculum practical activities. Students are required to put what they've learned into use and creatively transform the five skills. The results indicate that students' interest, autonomous learning and practical ability, their scores and learning efficiency in listening and speaking are improved. The results also verify that the inner drive of output is grea- ter than that of the input and the cultivation of expressive language skills is in line with students' current needs.
