摘 要:高速铁路弓网振动加剧,离线频发,电弧频繁发生,使得弓网电弧成为弓网关系研究的关键问题。鉴于此,基于弓网电弧试验系统,利用高速摄像机采集弓网电弧形貌,对电弧图像进行灰度等值曲线分析并与现场实测电弧图像进行对比。同时分析了燃弧的动态变化过程,以面积和周长对电弧的形态进行表征,分析了电弧电流对电弧形态特性的影响。研究结果表明:弓网电弧形貌呈椭圆形,在两极附近有聚集收缩现象,电弧图像灰度值可近似描述温度分布。对电弧形态的动态变化实现了量化,电弧面积与电弧周长均随电流的增大而增大,电流为120 A时,电弧面积与周长的最大值分别可达到56 244和1 258。The offiine between pantograph and catenary in high-speed railway is more and more frequent with the ag- gravation of vibration between pantograph and catenary, leading to more and more pantograph and catenary arc. Therefore, based on the pantograph-catenary arc test device, the profile of pantograph-catenary arc was collected through high-speed camera, the gray contour plot of arc image was analyzed and compared with the field test results. The dynamic arcing process was analyzed, area and perimeter were used to represent the morphological characteristics, and the influ- ence of arc current on morphological parameters was researched. Conclusions can be drawn from research results that arc profile is elliptical and presents contracting state nearby the two electric poles, the temperature distribution of arc can be approximately described by the gray value. Moreover, the quantification of dynamic arcing process has been achieved, and the arc area and perimeter are both increased with arc current significantly;when arc current is 120 A, the area and pe- rimeter values can reach 56 244 and 1 258, respectively.
