试论地方人文资源在高职生思想政治教育中的运用

摘　　要：地方人文资源是某一地方人们的精神、思想、文化、情感和价值取向的综合体,为地方经济社会发展带来动力和活力。在高职院校思想政治教育"人"与"物"的矛盾、"物"与"物"的矛盾、"人"与"人"的矛盾不断突出的当下,应当把引导师生走向富含地方人文资源的乡土社会,整合地方人文资源与其他思想政治教育资源,以地方人文资源再生为核心塑造高职校园新文化,使高职生思想政治教育在地方人文资源的助力下不断取得良好成效。The local humanity resources are the combination of spirit ,mentality ,culture ,emo‐tion and value of the local people ,which bring dynamic energy to the economic development in local society .Under the circumstances of increasing conflicts in ideological education between “man and substance” ,“substance and substance” ,and“man and man” ,it is necessary to guide the teachers and students to the rich humanity recourses of the local society ,to integrate the local humanity resources with other political ideology resources ,and to form a new Higher Vocational School culture in the core of local humanity resources ,so as to gain better result in ideological education of Higher Voca‐tional School with the help of local humanity resources .
