高职院校会展人才培养与行业需求矛盾分析

摘　　要：近些年在全国会展行业迅猛发展的形势下,我国高职会展教育也呈现快速发展之势。快速增加的毕业生供给并不能满足会展企业的人才需求,其原因在于:高职院校会展人才培养规模与会展市场的需求不匹配;在人才培养标准上会展企业和高校存在分歧;高职院校会展人才培养的结构不合理;高职院校会展教学实训践水平与行业发展不匹配。In recent years, the national exhibition industry is developing rapidly, so is our country ＇s higher vocational exhibition education. However, the increasing number of the graduates cannot meet the needs of exhibition companies. The reasons are as following： the training scale of the talents majoring in exhibition doesn＇t fit the market＇s demand. Exhibition companies and higher vocational colleges have different viewpoints on the training level. The training outline of the exhibition talented is not reasonable in colleges. The teaching and practice level of exhibition in higher vocational colleges does not match the industry development.
