摘 要:我国汽车市场已经从卖方市场转变为买方市场,现行汽车行业的特许经营模式已经影响汽车市场的健康发展,汽车市场将朝着综合性服务、人文化服务和互联网+服务模式方向发展。因此汽车类职业院校对人才培养也要根据汽车后市场的变化采取策略性的调整,具体做法是先对学校进行准确分级定位,根据学校的定位采取不同的人才培养模式;其次根据学生的个人特征和自愿灵活的选择专业;最后调整课程的开设,增加素养类和互联网+服务模式方面的课程。China's automo bile market has changed from a seller's to a buyer' s market. The existing automobile industry's franchise mode has affected the healthy development of the automobile market. The automobile market will move towards integrated services, cultural services and Internet+ services direction. Therefore, automobile-related professional vocational education should adopt strategic adjustments in personnel training based on the automobile after-market's changes. Firstly, the specific approach is to classify and locate the school accurately, and take a different training model according to the schools' location. Secondly, choose the profession flexibility according to the students' personal characteristics and voluntary. Finally, adjust the courses, increasing accomplishment and Internet+service model aspects' curriculum.
